9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact us first at hello@doitdarling.co so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback does not automatically cancel a valid payment obligation.

We reserve the right to provide transaction records, acceptance records, program-access records, communications, and applicable agreements to payment processors or financial institutions when responding to a payment dispute.

10. Subscriptions and Memberships

Your participation in a recorded group session may result in your name, voice, image, chat comments, or contributions appearing in the recording.
